Vendor FAQ's
How much space do you get as a vendor?
- Each vendor receives a space that is roughly 15 ft x 15ft
Can we stake our tent into the ground?
- While we encourage vendors to bring tents, they cannot be staked. Lions Park is irrigated and we do not want to puncture any irrigation lines during the event. We encourage vendors to bring weights to prevent accidents. These can be purchased on Amazon, use the button above to start searching!
When can vendors arrive for set-up?
- Vendors can arrive between 6:30 am - 9:00 am on the day of the event. There will be city staff available to assist you in finding your vendor space. You will also be provided a map and directions after registration. We do ask that all vendors arrive no earlier than 6:30 and are completely unloaded and parked before 9:00 am.
Do Vendors recieve parking with registration?
- Yes! Each vendor receives a registration packet two weeks before the event which includes parking passes, booth location, map, and more! If you have not received communication within one week before the event, check your spam folder or contact the Vendor Chair (See Below)
When are vendors registrations due?
We ask that vendors register online, or return their vendor registration application before May 31st, 2024.
